August 23, 2026 ~ Kezazah - We've Been Reading It Wrong ~ Pastor Michael Gantt.

This morning, Pastor Michael led us on a journey through the story commonly known as the Parable of the Prodigal Son, helping us see that the story is not about a wayward son, but about the Father who had a wayward son. A Father who waited and waited for his wayward son to come home, and when he saw him approaching, ran to greet him and welcome him. Pastor Michael also taught us that there is much more to the story than meets the eye.  He read a version of this story that he had written - through the eyes of the father. Powerful imagery reminds us that we have a loving, faithful father waiting for us to come home.
