Pastor Michael begins a brief series in the book of Joshua, where the Hebrew people stand on the edge of the "promised land," ready to enter and possess it. However, before they can enter, the Lord gives them important instructions. The generation that had left Egypt had all died in the wilderness, and none of those who arrived had received the mark of God in their bodies; they had not been circumcised. They took care of that at Gilgal. Joshua sends out the command, "Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders in your sight."
